    The Restrictive Covenants require that any 'alteration' in any building or lot, including an alteration in color scheme or materials, be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval prior to the alteration, irrespective of whether the alteration would require any
    waiver.

    Changing a roof from wood to Grand Manor is such an alteration in color scheme or material, even though the change does not now require a waiver.
